How do you reserve a seat at Avatar Yoga School?

Reserving takes four simple steps: send the form, hear back from the team, pay the booking advance and receive your written confirmation. Nothing is rushed, and you can ask questions at every step.

2. We confirm availability

The team checks the batch and replies with dates, the full fee and the inclusions.

3. Pay the booking advance

Pay the advance on the payment page to hold your seat.

4. Receive your confirmation

We confirm your seat in writing and send arrival details, pickup information and a packing list.

What should you know before you reserve a seat?

A few simple points help your reservation go smoothly: courses are for adults, health details help us teach safely, and you should keep your travel flexible until your seat is confirmed in writing.

Adults only

Our courses are for people aged 18 and over. Some courses need a certificate, such as a 200 hour certificate for the 300 hour course.

Health details matter

Telling us about injuries, medication and conditions lets teachers adapt classes. Your details are shared only with the people who need them.

Wait for written confirmation

Book flights and arrange your visa once the team has confirmed your seat in writing, and read the cancellation terms before you pay.

No. The form sends us your reservation request. Your seat is confirmed only when you have paid the booking advance and the team has confirmed it to you in writing, by email or WhatsApp. Until then the seat is not held.

The advance depends on the course and the batch. The team tells you the exact amount, together with the full fee and the inclusions, in the first reply. The payment page explains how to pay it.

The methods are listed on the payment page, and the team can guide you if you are unsure which one suits your country. Any bank or gateway charges are usually the responsibility of the person paying.

Often yes, depending on availability. Tell the team as early as you can. The terms and conditions explain transfers, cancellations and refunds, and the team can answer questions before you pay.

We can send a letter that confirms your booking to support a visa application, but we cannot guarantee a visa. The cancellation terms apply if you cannot travel, so please read them before you pay and apply for your visa early.
