  • Muladhara (Root Chakra): The first chakra of the human body, also known as the Root Chakra is located between the anus and genital area. It is actually a root support to the human body and so gets its name as "Muladhara" where "Mula" means "Root" and "Dhara" means "Support".

  • Svadhishana (The Sacral): Also known as Sacral Chakra, Svadhishana is the second chakra of the human body. It is located at the sacral bone, right below the belly button. The chakra is all about your true identity as a human.

  • Manipura (The Solar Plexus): The third chakra of the human body, Manipura is also known as "Solar Plexus". The chakra extends from the centre of the belly button to the breastbone of an individual. The meaning of Manipura is "Lustrous Gem".

  • Anahata (The Heart): Anahata, also known as the Heart Chakra is the fourth chakra of the body. The Chakra is located behind the centre of the chest of a human and radiates up to the throat. The chakra is well associated with the kindness, love and compassion of an individual.

      When the chakra is balanced, you will equally feel love for yourself & others.


  • Vishuddha (The Throat): The 5th chakra of the human body, Vishuddha means "Very Pure". It is also known as Throat Chakra. The chakra is located behind the throat, in between the collarbone of the body. It further radiated to the centre of the heart and eyes.

  • Ajna (The Third Eye) : Ajna, the sixth chakra of the Human Body is also known as the Third Eye Chakra. It means "Beyond Wisdom". The chakra, Ajna is located between the eyebrows of a human and radiates to the mouth and top of the head.

  • Sahasrara (The Crown): The seventh chakra of the body, Sahaswara is also known as the Crown. It is actually a pure consciousness energy which means thousand petaled. Sahasrara is located at the top of the head of a human and radiated between your eyes.
